In her impressive 25-year career at GSDL, Melissa has handled many management responsibilities including Front-End Manager; Office Manager & Purchasing Agent.   In 2021, she earned the title of General Store Manager overseeing all aspects of the store operations. In addition to her core responsibilities, Melissa oversees additional management and staff.   She is often referred to as the glue that holds the store together during the busy holiday season.
