Rich amber color; silver-white foam. Dry; wafer-like notes of barley & brown rice at first; later nosings are sweeter & maltier. Palate entry shows a velvety texture & moderately sweet taste; midpalate bursts with firm, properly hoppy & wafer/cracker like tastes. Ends up grainy, more dry than sweet & refreshing.
